DEFINITION OF HEALTHY: well…in good health…fine…fit…in good trim or shape…in tip-top shape…enjoying health and vigor of body, mind, or spirit.
What I am enjoying the most about my journey is the new leash on life and energy achieved by eating the Trim Healthy Mama meal plan (click here to find out more). By feeling well, it helps you to have more happiness. Chickies…keep on keepin’ on…put one foot in front of the other and SOON you’ll be on your journey too!
DEFINITION OF GRACE: simple elegance or refinement of movement…a controlled, polite, and pleasant way of behaving…unmerited divine assistance given humans for their regeneration or sanctification…a virtue coming from God.
Girlies…be graceful with yourself. I have learned that as a single mom I cannot do it all. I have had to learn to be graceful with MYSELF. Life doesn’t always go as planned, and therefore guilt can sabotage us…but NOT WITH Trim Healthy Mama! … So whether it’s 3 hours, 3 days or 3 months…JUST DO IT and get back on track!!!
DEFINITION OF FORGIVENESS: To cease to feel resentment against (an offender). The word “forgive” means to wipe the slate clean, to pardon, to cancel a debt. It is important to remember that forgiveness is not granted because a person deserves to be forgiven. Instead, it is an act of love, mercy, and grace.
I have not followed Trim Healthy Mama exactly…however, it is the most “forgiving” meal plan I have ever been on. It is soooo easy to get back on track…just by waiting 3 hours…that’s all it takes!!! Girlies, forgive yourself when you fall off track, move on, and just KEEP TRIMMIN’ OFF!!!
DEFINITION OF ENERGY: The strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity…ability to be active…the physical or mental strength that allows you to do things…natural enthusiasm and effort.
WOW!!! Since I started the Trim Healthy Mama meal plan (don’t you dare tell me I’m on a diet 🙂 ), I have so much more energy and strength. I do have to admit, as much as I love to exercise, I am at a chapter of life that allows for very little structured exercise. Ladies, there is a lot of success to be had even if you cannot exercise. I have lost 25 lbs. in 6 months with very little exercise…you too can have energy!
DEFINITION OF DETERMINATION: firmness of purpose; resoluteness; a quality that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something…”simply not giving up”…no matter how hard things get 🙂
Trim Healthy Mamas…keep on Trimmin’ Off…and if you have a less than stellar day…remember it only takes 3 hours to hit that reset button to…PRESS ON…
Trust is built with consistency. . .
DEFINITION OF CONSISTENCY: the ability to remain the same in behavior, attitudes or qualities.
A pattern of sticking with one way of thinking or acting.
Being consistent is key to meal plans . . . If I am consistent, then when I do have a “treat”,
my path is not sabotaged; therefore, I am not discouraged.
I love that being on THM means I only have to wait 3 hours to get back on plan 🙂

Definition of Balanced: Arranged in good proportion (especially in food: having different elements in the correct proportions).
Trying new foods…eating a variety of fruits and vegetables…varying meals throughout the week and keeping my body guessing as to what is coming next, keeps my metabolism revved up. Being WELL-BALANCED is a struggle of mine. However, being balanced is a start to being healthy…food, exercise, rest…yes, REST is crucial to being well-balanced.
